Establishes a comprehensive plan for the development, implementation, and operation of correction services in the county in order to receive a subsidy from the subsidy program established under division (A) of Section 5149.31 of the Ohio Revised Code
Administrative Judge, Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, General Division, Administrator of County Jail, County Commissioners; Public Defender; Chief Law Enforcement Officer of City of Dayton; Sheriff; County County Prosecutor; City of Dayton Prosecutor; citizen representatives appointed by BCC; one or more additional representatives of Law Enforcement community appointed by Local Corrections Planning Board; Chief Judge of Dayton Municipal Court; Director of County Probation Department; Director of MonDay; Chief Probation Officer of City of Dayton Municipal Court; Mayor of Dayton; and Court Administrator; County Common Pleas Court General Division. Majority of members shall be directors of probation departments and corrections personnel employed in the supervision or custody of adult offenders; At least two members of the board shall be members of largest racial minority population in county and at least two other members of the board shall be women
