A Convention Facilities Authority (CFA) shall be governed by a board of directors consisting of 11 members. www.montgomerycountycfa.org
Six members appointed by BCC; three members appointed by City of Dayton; two members appointed by Mayors and Managers Assoc.
First Thursday of each month at 3:00 PM
4 year term after initial terms
