This portal was created to assist local school boards, or their representatives, to review complaints that have been filed with the Montgomery County Board of Revision that are potentially eligible for counter-complaints. Under Ohio law, if a taxpayer files a complaint that requests a change in value of $50,000 or greater in total market value ($17,500 taxable value), the school board where the property is located has the right to file a counter-complaint.

This portal will be updated daily as we scan and post all complaint forms that are filed with the Montgomery County Board of Revision.

School boards and their representatives can review complaint forms, and determine if they are eligible for counter complaints, by selecting their school district in the box below.
